Third Floor, Room 3300, Joyner Library, East Carolina University
1000 E 5th St, Greenville, NC 27858
Celebrating the 100th anniversary of WWI, the exhibit pays homage to relevant printed primary and secondary resources found in the Langford North Carolina Collection, including the rare volume Tar Heel War Record. Of special interest are a group of loaned artifacts related to the service of Pvt. George Gordon Bailey of Everetts, NC, and a memorial to the men from Pitt County who were selected to serve in the conflict.
