Description: An archivist who currently creates or anticipates creating cataloging records for archival collections won't want to miss this extensive two-day workshop. Besides a review of the most common MARC fields used in archival cataloging, the workshop also contains information about the relationship between archival MARC and Describing Archives: A Content Standard (DACS), full MARC 21 coding, and a subject analysis and authority work as they apply to archival cataloging.
